Kaylene

Founder, Owner & Senior Aesthetician
Kaylene studied at the Madam Du Barry College of Beauty Therapy London where she gained the International Health & Beauty Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
On returning to Perth in 1980, she became a proud member of the Ella Baché network, opening her first salon, Kaylene’s Ella Baché Salon, in Centreway Arcade, before moving to King Street where it remained until 2015.
1988 saw the opening of Skin Review South Perth, followed by Skin Review Fremantle in 1990. Fremantle was sold to a young therapist who Kaylene had mentored in 1995. Skin Review South Perth now remains the jewel in the crown.
Kaylene was inducted into the Ella Baché Hall of Fame.
Other awards include, WA Ella Baché Salon of the year and the WA Business Development Award. 1986 saw her win the inaugural Ella Baché trip to Paris for outstanding achievements, and went on to win two more Paris trips thereafter.
As a country girl who suffered with acne and little opportunity to seek good professional advice, she has a great understanding of what it feels like to be on the other side of the beauty industry.
Kaylene is genuine and firmly believes that being honest with her clients brings loyalty and commitment.

Melissa

Senior Beauty Therapist

Melissa is our senior beauty therapists with a total commitment to the beauty therapy industry and her clients within it. Loyalty is everything to Melissa.

In 1993, Melissa joined Skin Review in South Perth, and was promoted to a senior therapist role and trainer in Kaylene’s Ella Baché Salon, King Street, working continuously in-between both business babies, until the King Street salon closed 2015. Now she is firmly established back at Skin Review in South Perth.

Melissa has a Diploma in Beauty Therapy. Her greatest attribute is her understanding of all Ella Baché treatments, products and philosophies. She is known amongst her peers as one of the most highly educated Ella Baché therapists in Western Australia.

In 2014, Melissa won the Ella Baché Humanitarian Award for her commitment to the beauty industry and her local community. In 2018, she won the WA Ella Baché Therapist of the year award.

Melissa never stops searching for more knowledge and understanding of the skins’ functions and reactions. So, if you feel you need someone who will look at you and your beauty needs as a whole, this is the therapist to seek out.

Kerri

Beauty Therapist
Kerri is our bubbly senior beauty therapist who started in the original Kaylene’s Ella Baché salon in 1987.
After 9 years of service, she left to marry, travel and work in a day spa. Following that, she went on to run her own business in a different field for 12 years, before returning to her roots of beauty therapy and coming home to the Kaylene family at Skin Review, in 2018.
With a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, she is skilled in all areas of beauty, although waxing is her favourite treatment, as she loves chatting with her loyal clients, while working and offering them time & expert skin care advice.
