Kaylene began her beauty journey at the prestigious Madam Du Barry College of Beauty Therapy in London, where she earned an International Health & Beauty Diploma in Beauty Therapy. Upon returning to Perth in 1980, she proudly joined the Ella Baché network and opened her first salon, Kaylene’s Ella Baché Salon, in Centreway Arcade. The salon later moved to King Street, where it thrived until 2015.
In 1988, Kaylene launched Skin Review South Perth, followed by Skin Review Fremantle in 1990. After mentoring a young therapist, she sold the Fremantle location in 1995, focusing her attention on Skin Review South Perth, now the crown jewel of her career.
Kaylene’s unwavering dedication to the beauty industry has earned her a place in the esteemed Ella Baché Hall of Fame, along with numerous accolades, including WA Ella Baché Salon of the Year and the WA Business Development Award. She has won the Business Development Award twice and was honoured with the Humanitarian Award in 2021, recognizing her profound impact on both her industry and her community. Her outstanding achievements were also celebrated with three prestigious Ella Baché trips to Paris, including the inaugural trip in 1986.
Having grown up in the country and personally struggled with acne, Kaylene possesses a deep understanding of the emotional journey behind skincare. Her authentic approach, combined with her commitment to honesty and excellence, has earned her the enduring loyalty and trust of her clients throughout the years.
Melissa is our senior beauty therapist, known for her unwavering commitment to both the beauty industry and her clients. For Melissa, loyalty is everything, and her dedication shines through in every treatment she delivers.
She first joined Skin Review South Perth in 1993, quickly advancing to the role of senior therapist and trainer at Kaylene’s Ella Baché Salon on King Street. For years, she skillfully balanced both locations until the King Street salon closed in 2015. Today, Melissa is firmly rooted back at Skin Review South Perth, where her expertise continues to thrive.
With a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Melissa is renowned for her in-depth knowledge of all Ella Baché treatments, products, and philosophies. Her peers regard her as one of the most highly educated Ella Baché therapists in Western Australia.
In recognition of her dedication, Melissa received the Ella Baché Humanitarian Award in 2014, followed by the WA Ella Baché Therapist of the Year Award in 2018.

Kerri brings a vibrant and bubbly energy to Skin Review South Perth, where she has been part of the Ella Baché family since 1987. After 9 years of dedicated service at Kaylene’s original salon, Kerri took a break to marry, travel, and work in a day spa. She later ran her own business in a different field for 12 years before returning to her true passion—beauty therapy—rejoining the team at Skin Review in 2018.
With a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Kerri is highly skilled across all areas of beauty, but waxing is her speciality. She loves catching up with her loyal clients during treatments, offering expert skincare advice along the way.
Kerri’s warm personality and expertise make every appointment not just a treatment, but a time for clients to feel pampered, informed, and cared for.
Tammin brings her wealth of experience and passion to the Skin Review South Perth team, where her journey in Beauty Therapy spans an impressive 24 years.
